‘They asked if I covered Delhi riots, farm protest’: Thakurta questioned for nearly 10 hours

Senior journalist Paranjoy Guha Thakurta was questioned for nearly 10 hours as the Delhi Police special cell detained several journalists in connection with a UAPA case against NewsClick. He talked about the line of questioning and also lashed out at certain media outlets. “Different people asked me different kinds of questions. They asked if I covered Delhi riots; I said no. They asked if I covered farm protests, I said yes…I answered all of them.”
