The oil futures market is like a gambling casino. The Indian government should utilise the opportunities created by the collapse in crude oil prices to better target subsides on cooking gas and encourage public transportation at the expense of private transport, says oil industry expert Dr Bhamy V Shenoy in an interview with Newsclick.
