Should SIR be boycotted?

At the concluding question-answer session of the conclave on One Nation, One Election, Federalism and Citizenship organised by the Constitutional Conduct Group and the Group on Federalism and Elections at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi on 4 July 2026, members of the audience and the panelists discussed and debated the issue of whether the SIR (Special Intensive Revision) of the voter rolls being conducted by the Election Commission of India should be boycotted.
